Which kind of boards is the product designed for? RSPRO is specially designed to protect the rail of Stand Up Paddle Boards.
How do I know if it fits my Stand Up Paddle Board? We carried out alot of testing and research to arrive to a measure that will fit any Stand Up Paddle board of the market, and any kind of Stand Up Paddler. Anyway, we’re always developing new models as the Xtreme RSPRO model for short SUPS and for above 12′ SUP boards (using 2 sets).
Where does the product comes from? It has been designed, engineered, and manufactured in Barcelona for the whole world.
How do I install it on my board? RSPRO has been specially designed for an easy installation. Have a look at our instruction to do it. It’s a kid’s game. As you can see at the video it’s easy to reposition while installing it, but once it’s fixed, after some time, it can’t be repositioned again. We recommend to wait for 6 hours before going to the water.
How do I remove it from my board? RSPRO’s adhesive backing is really strong, so we recommend to remove applying heat (eg. from a hairdrier).
Can you make me a custom design? Yes, of course, if you’re a store, a rental company, a school or brand and want you custom design and colors, we’ll be more than happy to do it for orders starting on 24 kits.

Who is railsaverpro.com?We are a small team of engineers from the Barcelona area hooked on Stand Up Paddle, that wanted to protect their new boards from paddle blade impacts. We were so impressed with the protection we designed, and had such a wonderful feedback from other users, that we decided to share with the Stand Up Paddle world.
Do you have a store where I can drop by and buy something or try things on?
No, we do not have a traditional storefront. All browsing and ordering can be conducted online at our website
What is your time/days of operations?The website is open for ordering 24/7, 365 days a year. We are generally at our desks M-F 9-5pm, except holidays.

May I have a special price for volume orders? Of course, get in touch with us for more than 10 standard kits or for more than 24 custom kits.
DELIVERY
Is the product in stock? Items on our website are mostly in stock and will usually ship same or next day, but not always. For this reason, we are meticulous about notifying our customers about any delay beyond normal processing times. You may contact us to check stock for specific items if you wish.
Which is the shipping method? The shipping is made by a professional shipping company (UPS, FEDEX, DHL or equivalent), so the product will arrive at your home in less than a fortnight with all the warranties.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries in the world. Contact us if you have doubts or if your country is not listed.
When will my order ship? What’s my order status? Most orders arrive within 5 days. On average, orders process for about 2 business days but can take up to 10 before shipping. Certain products are marked with longer processing times. Processing times do not include shipping transit times.
WARRANTY
What kind of warranty is offered?. May I return the products? Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. No items may be returned after 14 days. Returns must be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging, labels, and manufacture tags attached. Customer will pay the shipping for the returned item. You are responsible if the item does not arrive to our facility.
